Restless Leg Syndrome

Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) is a neurological disorder that causes uncomfortable sensations in the legs, leading to an irresistible urge to move them. This condition often worsens at night, making it difficult to fall asleep and causing extreme tiredness during the day. RLS can affect people of any age and may be linked to genetics and disruptions in the brain's dopamine control. Symptoms can be relieved temporarily by moving the legs.
